Each of our releases celebrates a single variety of agave and has a unique symbol which represents the flavour of the liquid within.
Mezcal can be made from a diverse range of agaves, and our language of symbols helps define and explain the differences in flavour between each varietal.
More than a decorative feature - it illustrates the complex balance of elements that make up each of our expressions.
